Workshop: Strategy – Preparing for the Future
Date: Tuesday 22nd November Times: 10am-1pm Location: North Belfast Social Enterprise Hub, McSweeney Centre, Henry Place
Description: Do you feel your organisation has direction and knows the way that you want go in the future? Too many organisations are not aware of the global changes including technology, changing demographics and more interconnectedness that will impact them. This workshop will review how the world is changing and will give you tools to start to think about your organisation’s future. An infographic for strategy will be introduced and this workshop will have time for attendees to work on their own organisation’s strategy map.
Lunch will also be provided.
