TASK TEAM Ltd is a social enterprise community based organisation located in the Ashton Centre. We seek to deliver real benefits for people, communities and businesses. One of our goals is to promote positive change and improve the quality of life in deprived communities across Belfast and to not only create sustainable jobs but to create training places for job seekers of all ages and to work with them to help them find fulfilling, sustainable, rewarding employment.
We provide building maintenance, janitorial and cleaning services across a broad remit of business types, and facilitate works in the following disciplines:

Cleaning
This is by no means an exhaustive list of our services but merely serves to give an overview of our activities.
Our team has been newly recruited on the basis of their experience and skill in the areas in which each specialises and their knowledge of the business community. Each team member has a minimum of 5 year’s experience in their field and in addition to this; each new member has been inducted into every aspect of our business from processes and procedures through to Health & Safety including:
- Customer Care / Service
- Young adult & Child Protection
- CSR (Construction Skills Register) Card
- PAT (Portable Appliance Testing)
- Asbestos Awareness
- Fire Safety training including use of fire extinguishers
- First Aid first onsite training (including defibrillators)
- COSSH (Care of Substances Hazardous to Health)
- Manual handling
- Working at heights
- Assessing Risks
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Electrical Safety
- Vehicle Safety
- RIDDOR (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences)
Initially (year one) we will provide services in the greater Belfast Metropolitan Area which is a grouping of council areas to include commuter towns and overspill from Belfast, but will expand our cover (year two and three) to cover all of Northern Ireland.
